JY Marketing Consultancy was founded by Chantell Glenville, best selling author of “What Clients Really Want (And The S**t That Drives Them Crazy)“, the essential guide on how to create great client relationships.
Winner of the WACL Future Leader’s Award 2013, Chantell has 10-years experience working on brand identity and marketing communications across all media from television to digital through to social media, retail, leaflets and brochures.
Previously a Senior Account Director, Chantell has worked at some of the world’s top creative communication agencies, such as AMV BBDO, VCCP and Dare, as well as client-side at Vodafone.
She has worked with a broad range of clients; from international blue chips such as Johnson & Johnson, Barclaycard, Molson Coors and Henkel through to high profile UK accounts such as Compare The Market, Metro, Gocompare.com and Vision Express to pan-European accounts such as Aer Lingus to smaller solopreneur businesses.
Chantell set up JY Marketing Consultancy out of a desire to help companies understand more about marketing and branding so they are able to develop communications more independently and know what to look for when assessing work from third parties.
To support the account management community in advertising agencies Chantell also runs www.MasteringAccountManagement.com which provides information and advice on how to excel at account management.
